This unusual oak crown roof conservatory in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, features an interesting, part flat roof design which features dummy sashes to the fixed panes and swept heads to the tops of the frames. A steel portal supported the flat roof and being less than 25% of the roof area avoided building regulations.
